House of the Poor is a Charity in Tijuana, Mexico. Tijuana, a magnet to poor Mexicans because it borders San Diego has more then a million poor people. The mission gives 40,000 meals a month to the poor, gives cloth, house supplies, blankets, medical attention and some other help. Since they only run of donations, the lately crisis has made them have a really ruff time helping the most needed and they really need help to help the poor. I’m a volunteer there and the extreme poverty you see in all the people is unbelievable. I have seen people with leprosy, consumption and all of that poor illness being cure in there. The extreme poverty in there is huge, and the help they received is not enough.
